ozzy (wozzy) is studio brittany’s customer service and financial manager (plus part-time emotional support icon). ozzy keeps operations running smoothly with his signature side-eye and insanely creative strategies for zoomies during play time.
when he’s not overseeing the budget or demanding treats, he provides top-tier morale boosting and creative consultation via purr therapy.
ozzy also takes part in day-to-day consulting calls with clients, meaning he might poke his head in and say “hello” when we jump on that call you’ve been curious about!

what started as a messy mix of side hustles, late-night ideas, and creative burnout became the blueprint for everything i teach now.
i didn’t follow a straight line — i followed my curiosity. every “wrong turn” turned into a story, a strategy, or a skill i now use to help other creators do it smarter (and with better design).
some people build their brand from a plan. i built mine from survival mode and stubbornness — and i wouldn’t trade it for anything.
it’s proof that you don’t need to have it all figured out; you just have to start.
