Payment processors that handle transactions through Squarespace Commerce and Etsy (we do not store full card details).
Affiliates and partners only as necessary for tracking and attribution (e.g., Dub.co parameters).

We do not sell personal information for money. Where applicable laws define “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising, we may “share” for advertising measurement; opt-out mechanisms are honored as required.

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We apply reasonable deletion or anonymization schedules thereafter.

property & licensing notice
This Privacy Policy sits alongside our Terms. Because we handle digital products and creative content, we restate key IP positions here for clarity.
Ownership. All content, designs, templates, frameworks, graphics, text, training materials, Notion systems, and other creative works provided by Studio Brittany (the “Materials”) are protected by U.S. and international copyright and other IP laws. Except for the limited license expressly granted to you below, all rights are reserved by Studio Brittany.
License to purchasers.
When you purchase a digital product from Studio Brittany, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for your personal or internal business use only. Unless a product page explicitly states otherwise, you may not:
Resell, redistribute, republish, or make the Materials available to any third party.
Share, post, or upload the Materials to public repositories, marketplaces, or “drive/folder” libraries.
Remove, obscure, or alter copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
Use the Materials to create derivative products intended for sale or distribution that compete with Studio Brittany.
Use our trademarks or brand assets without prior written permission.
Permitted internal use.
Within your own business, you may adapt fields, labels, or design elements of templates to suit your operations, provided such adaptations are not distributed outside your business or offered as a productized service or template for others.
Client work.
Agencies/contractors may not embed our Materials into deliverables for multiple clients or as part of a resale library without a separate commercial/agency license. Contact licensing@studiobrittany.com for extended terms.
User content you share with us.
If you submit files, examples, or testimonials, you grant us a limited, revocable license to use that content solely to provide the Services (e.g., reviewing your brand assets for a consult). We do not claim ownership of your content.
Enforcement.
We actively monitor for unauthorized distribution and will pursue remedies available under copyright law, the DMCA, and applicable contracts. Licenses may be terminated for breach without refund.
jurisdiction-specific disclosures (summaries)
California (CPRA/CCPA): We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (e.g., ad pixels). California residents may request access, deletion, correction, and opt-out of sharing. Use privacy@studiobrittany.com and include “California Request” in the subject line.
EEA/UK: You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lawful bases appear in §3. We will honor data subject rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR.
