Creative Service Consultations

These sessions focus on clarity, brand direction, and creative strategy. They are designed to give you actionable insights—not ongoing implementation—unless otherwise noted.

notion workspace setup add-on

This add-on includes the creation or refinement of a personalized Notion workspace built according to the details gathered in your consultation and intake form. Additional platforms or systems are not included unless agreed upon in writing.

required intake forms & client materials

To ensure your session is strategic, efficient, and tailored to your needs:

intake forms are mandatory

• All required intake forms must be completed at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• If your form is not submitted on time, your session may be canceled or rescheduled at full price.

brand information & assets

You agree to provide accurate information and any relevant brand materials that will help me prepare, such as:
• brand details (mission, values, voice, aesthetic)
• links to current platforms or content
• brand assets (logos, colors, screenshots, PDFs, etc.)
• access or permissions needed for Notion workspace setup

Failure to submit required materials may limit the depth or effectiveness of your session. Missing materials do not qualify for refunds or partial refunds.

scheduling policies

• All bookings must be made through the Acuity Scheduling system.
• You are responsible for verifying that you selected the correct service.
• All appointments follow Central Standard Time (CST).

cancellation, rescheduling & no-show policy

24-hour rule

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your session.

under 24 hours

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.

no-shows

If you do not attend your session without notice:
• It will be marked as a no-show.
• No refund or reschedule will be provided.

refund policy

Due to the nature of creative and digital service work:
• No refunds, partial refunds, reschedules, credits, or exchanges will be offered.
• This applies to missed sessions, late cancellations, dissatisfaction based on preference, or failure to submit materials on time.

late arrivals

If you arrive late:
• The session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be marked as a no-show.

asset delivery & timelines

If included, notes, summaries, or resources will be delivered via email after your session. Delivery windows vary.

• Delivery timelines will be discussed during your session.
• Access to a functioning Notion account is required.
• Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

client responsibilities

By booking, you agree to:
• Complete all intake forms 48 hours before your session
• Provide accurate brand information and assets
• Attend on time
• Maintain access to Notion (free or paid account)
• Communicate clearly and promptly
• Review deliverables in a timely manner

Studio Brittany is not responsible for:
• Platform outages (Notion, email, etc.)
• Delays caused by missing or incomplete client materials
• Technical issues on the client’s end
• User error within Notion

professional conduct & boundaries

• All communication is conducted via email unless specified.
• Consultations do not include ongoing support after the call.
• Any inappropriate conduct will result in termination of services without refund.

intellectual property

All strategies, templates, systems, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of Studio Brittany. They may not be:
• copied,
• resold,
• redistributed, or
• repurposed.

limitation of liability

Studio Brittany does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, revenue, or performance metrics. All recommendations are advisory. You are responsible for implementing any suggestions or actions discussed.
